Elite Dynamics, the Warrington-based provider of solutions to the holiday homes and residential parks sector, has expanded its reach to engage its first holiday home manufacturing client.
Pemberton Park & Leisure Homes, which is based in Wigan, is the first customer to utilise Elite Dynamics’ EliteCRM Manufacturers product, an all-in-one operational platform for sales, marketing, customer service, and field service built using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
The solution has been designed to improve how manufacturers and suppliers work, boosting relationships with customers.
Until now, Elite Dynamics has provided software solutions to operators of holiday and leisure parks, working with brands in the UK and internationally.
