Sarah Latham has been promoted to managing director of Six & Flow, with CEO Richard Wood focussing on accelerating global growth and strategic partnerships.
Latham, previously working as operations director since 2020, has stepped into the role of managing director with a focus on the UK, Irish and Canadian businesses at the leading independent HubSpot partner. The leadership change comes as part of the company’s strategic efforts to enhance operational efficiency and drive continued success in both regional and international markets.
CEO and founder Wood said: “I’m really excited to announce Sarah as our new Managing Director. Over the past 6 years, she has played a critical role in driving our operational success while building a stable platform for continued growth.
“As I focus on scaling our global presence and strategic partnerships like HubSpot and Dialpad, Sarah will lead Six & Flow’s day-to-day operations and maintain our team first, client centric approach to growing an agency.”
Six & Flow has already opened new offices in Toronto, Dublin and Johannesburg, and Latham’s appointment will free Wood up to focus on further strategic growth. The firm’s vision is to continue to grow and deliver up-market services to clients such as Autotrader, The Home Office and Smeg inline with HubSpot’s own market growth by ensuring it has the global footprint to service those clients with the talent and expertise required, maintaining its position in the top tier of HubSpot partners.
