InnovateHer appoints creative agency

InnovateHer, the social enterprise aiming to create a more equal tech sector for women and girls has appointed a new creative agency.

The organisation will be working with Liverpool’s Matchstick Creative after receiving additional funding to continue its educational programmes and social change campaigns.

Chelsea Slater, InnovateHer’s CEO also explained that they were also looking for a partner that aligned with the “value-driven approach to business”:

“Having seen their impressive work around LCR Combined Authority’s Pathway to 2040 report, we knew they had the skills to deliver on our vision. More needs to be done for women and girls and we know Matchstick will communicate this with empathy and creativity at the heart of it. We can’t wait to see the work in the real world soon.”

Matchstick will work with the organisation to develop a social media strategy, channel management and design of its social impact report.

“Partnering with InnovateHer has been a dream of ours for a long time. We’ve long admired their work to shift the status quo around women and girls in tech and can’t wait to partner with them to communicate their impact and future plans,” added Ruth Hartnoll, the CEO of Matchstick Creative.
