Creative communications agency Hatch has appointed Tobias Rawcliffe as head of new business and growth.
Joining from the Leeds office of business development agency Ingenuity, where he was business director, Rawcliffe brings with him over seven years’ experience, having worked with brands such as Spotify, L’Oreal, City Football Group and TUI.
Rawcliffe will be responsible for developing the agency’s outbound offer, upskilling the team and building systems around the sales and marketing processes.
Specialising in PR, social media, content and activation, Hatch has seen a record-breaking first half of 2024, with wins across its core sport, food and beverage and lifestyle offer.
Rawcliffes said: “Having built a great relationship with the Hatch team over the last couple of years, the opportunity to join them, at what is an exciting time for the agency, felt too good an opportunity to miss. We have our sights set extremely high, and we’re already on our way.”
