Manchester immersive entertainment business Immotion has teamed up with Merlin Entertainments to create a LEGO-themed VR Experience in Boston.
The Great LEGO Race VR Experience officially opened at the LEGOLAND Discovery Center in Boston on Saturday.
Martin Higginson, Executive Chairman of Immotion, said: “LEGOLAND Discovery Center in Boston is part of a massively popular worldwide brand, and we are excited about this specially created VR experience we have delivered for them.”

“We are proud of the immersive technology behind the pod and we believe it will boost the great family fun already on offer. This is arguably Immotion’s highest-profile VR experience so far and shows that out-of-home VR is increasingly becoming a major part of the worldwide attractions and experiences industry.”
Immotion was founded by technology and media entrepreneurs Martin Higginson and David Marks and has signed further partnership agreements including Genting’s Resorts World Birmingham, with more partnerships across Europe and the US to follow.
