At SUPERSONIC, she’ll take the role of Creative Director/Partner and work alongside co-founders and former colleagues, Don McGrath and Ben Bateson.
“I’ve worked for other agencies for 29 years and now I’m actually part of running one – I got very lucky finding the best people to work with, all of whom believe in the power of great ideas, and I’m super excited to see where we can go,” she explained.
The Leeds agency has also recruited Gemma Rourke, who joined from Oliver Agency as Account Director.
“We’ve all worked with Paula and Gemma before so know exactly what we’re getting,” added Don McGrath.
“Paula is the most infectious, optimistic and brilliant creative you could wish to find. And Gemma has been a godsend, helping us to find the perfect balance of commercial value, rigour and agility as we continue to deliver ideas the speed of right. We are all incredibly proud and delighted to have them on our team.
