IDHL buys 80-strong marketing agency

IDHL is expanding into influencer marketing and public relations with its latest acquisition.

Fresh from its brand consolidation of last year, where the £38m group brought together its numerous brands under the single IDHL moniker, the digital marketing agency has now bought The MTM Agency.

Not only does this widen its geographical footprint – MTM is based in Southampton – but it also adds a host of new services, as CEO, Ben Wood explained:

Wood added that the acquisition would accelerate IDHL’s ability to deliver strategic advice “across the entire communications landscape.”
