Hisense turns to Yorkshire agencies for first UK television campaign

Harrogate’s Alchemy Media and Ponderosa in Leeds are working on Hisense’s first UK TV campaign.

Ponderosa is behind the creative, while Alchemy is handling the media planning and buying.

The consumer electronics brand has previously been involved in football sponsorships, including the World Cup, European Championships, but this is its first television campaign.

“Hisense celebrates its 50th anniversary this year, and in line with growing awareness of our brand and products, 2019 also heralds a step-change in consumer marketing support in the UK,” said Arun Bhatoye, Senior Marketing Manager at Hisense UK.

“We’re delighted with the work produced by the teams at Hisense, Ponderosa and Alchemy, and look forward to watching this come to life over the coming months.”

The creative showcases products that are available to consumers, with the streamline: “Say Hi to…”

It will run across ITV, Sky and Channel 4 in July and August, supported by digital.
