Havas PR UK has been appointed TransPennine Express’s PR agency.
The Manchester agency will be responsible for the PR for a number of projects, starting with the refurbishment of TransPennine Express’s existing train fleet. The account will be headed up by associate director Jonathan Welsh.
TransPennine Express is also based in Manchester and runs intercity rail services throughout the North and into Scotland. It is part of FirstGroup plc.
