Yorkshire’s Hague Print has made its second acquisition this year.
The firm has brought Leicestershire-based Custom Forms, a £1.5m turnover business, which specialises in the trade sector.
It follows the purchase of SPRM at the beginning of the year.
“Custom Forms are leaders in their market and will be a great addition to The Hague group of companies. They also have strong e-commerce capabilities which we are planning to build on to extend the range of products and services available to our respective customers,” said Graham Wain, managing director at Hague.
Established more than 22 years ago, Custom Forms currently employs 9 staff.
“We are very pleased to be joining the Hague Group. Their reputation as providers of innovative print solutions reach well beyond the UK and their product offering and growth strategy represent a great opportunity for Custom Forms. We are looking forward to work closely with them and benefit from their experience,” stated managing director, Fergus McGoldrick.
He will stay on as managing director and the firm will continue to operate out of Hinckley under the Custom Forms name.
