West Yorkshire-based print and IT solution provider Hague Print has completed the acquisition for an undisclosed sum of SR Print Management (SRPM).
Based in Staffordshire, SR Print Management was formed by Steve Rushton in 2000 and has now grown into a £2m business, employing seven staff. It procures litho, digital, screen and promotional print on behalf of its clients.
It is Hague’s first acquisition to date and follows a year which saw it expand into Africa and Australia.
The company, which also has an office in Salford Quays and employs 50 staff, specialises in security print, labels and IT solutions with export customers in over 50 countries.
Nathan Wain, director at Hague says: “We are very pleased to welcome SRPM’s team to the Hague family. They are highly experienced, with a wealth of industry knowledge. SRPM’s geographical position fits well with Hague’s existing offices and their offering and customer base will complement our growing presence in the UK and global markets.”
Steve Rushton, SRPM MD and founder, added: “SR’s success over the years is down to the loyalty of its client base, which is a testimony to the ‘can-do’ attitude and professionalism of its staff and the good relationships it has with its suppliers. We are excited to join the Hague Group. It will give our customers access to new sources of supply and products not previously offered, potential savings and an extended industry knowledge.”
SR will keep its Staffordshire base and will continue to trade as SRPM Limited.
