Paul Gosling has been named commercial director of Bugler Smith, following a year in the same role at We Are Empire.
He joins the Cheshire-based agency to take responsibility for all areas of commercial, business and strategic development, reporting directly to managing director, Lee Ashton.
“Paul’s appointment will provide a boost to our continued growth and exciting plans for the future,” he explained.
“He offers a great insight to future market trends and will help to develop the business even further. Being a business owner and founder himself, with over ten years’ integrated agency experience, it is great to have him working with us.”
Gosling was briefly head of digital at The Neighbourhood and was client services director and owner of Young Creative for more than 3 years.
“I’m joining Bugler Smith at a very pivotal time and I’m looking forward to playing a key role in the growth plans,” he said.
“I’ll be initially focusing on the opportunities in the north west, particularly in the event management and internal communication areas.”
