Generator, the North East creative and digital development organisation, has appointed W North.
The Newcastle PR agency will handle ongoing communications, both regionally and nationally. It has also been tasked with positioning the region as a place of creative and digital excellence.
“In W North, we have found the ideal agency to support our ambitious plans and champion this region’s collaborative approach to successful growth,” said Jim Mawdsley, CEO of Generator, and Head of Digital Union.
“W North is fully aligned with our aims and we look forward to raising the profile not just of ourselves but of our Digital Union members too, many of whom are doing ground-breaking work in their respective fields. The North East has a dynamic creative digital and tech sector and we believe that W North is perfectly positioned to help support its growth.”
Christian Cerisola, the Head of W North added:
“We’ve been a highly engaged member of Digital Union since we launched in 2017. We share its aims of championing great businesses in the North East.
“We’ll be developing a nationally-focused campaign ensuring Generator and Digital Union are positioned as intelligent, dynamic organisations that are devoted to the industries, businesses and the great region it represents.”
