Fox Agency appoints Heads Growth and Creative

Fox Agency has made two senior hires to strengthen its leadership team as it targets £20m turnover.

James Holland joins the Leeds-based B2B tech specialist as its new Head of Creative. He joins from The Marketing Practice, where he was Senior Creative Director of its US team.

With more than two decades’ experience, working with brands including British Airways, Visa and Accenture, he will be responsible for overseeing Fox’s creative output across copy, design and motion. 

He’ll be joined by fellow new recruit, George Sanders, who becomes Head of Growth for the UK and Europe.

Sanders will use his previous experience as Growth Director at WPP creative agency VML and Head of Growth at Earnest to “spearhead” Fox’s growth ambitions.

Fox said it was targeting double-digit revenue growth in 2024, and revenues of £20m by 2027.
