David Walter, the founder of content creation firm, Seventy7, says he’s hoping to “disrupt the scene” with a new 134 desk co-working hub.

Use.Space opens next month and will be available to a “curated group” of start-ups and established businesses from all industries.

“We’re disrupting the scene with something truly unique here at Use.Space. We’re looking forward to welcoming and helping like-minded individuals and businesses,” explained Walter.

“This won’t just be a place to work. This will be a buzzing hive of innovation and co-creation amongst a carefully curated community of businesses and creators. As well as stimulating working environments, we also offer mentorship from leading business schools and universities to members who we will welcome as friends and family. We also provide members access to a range of investment houses and high wealth individuals whose funding and expertise can help power growth.”

The 14,000sq ft space is joined to the Seventy7 offices in Ardwick.
