durhamlane is continuing to add to its board, with the appointment of Matt Sims as non-executive director.
Sims was the former CEO of the UK and South Africa at Teleperformance, having spent almost 8 years at the customer experience management company.
He’s also held senior positions at Sykes Global Services and Sitel.

Sims’ arrival comes just a month after the North East agency appointed Martin Moran as Chairman.
