N Brown Group has named Natalie Rogers as its new Chief People Officer.
Rogers has more than 25 year’s experience, including holding the same role at Moonpig and Unum. She’s also been HR Change and Transformation Lead at Canada Life and HR Director at LV=.
Due to start at Manchester’s N Brown next month, she’ll join the group’s executive board, reporting directly to CEO, Steve Johnson.

Rogers added:
