Former Manifest MD’s Made Brave move

Glasgow brand and creative agency, MadeBrave, has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Bec Chelin as client services director.

Bec joins from Manifest, where she held the role of MD and director for four years. Throughout her career, Bec has worked with a range of global clients including Pernod Ricard, Tommee Tippee/Mayborne Group and AB World Foods, and nationally across the likes of Co-op, Santander and eBay.

In her new role, Chelin will be overseeing the agency’s growth strategy and nurturing its existing portfolio of global clients, while developing and leading new relationships.

Chelin said: “I’m incredibly excited to announce that I’ve joined MadeBrave, a culturally vibrant agency that is supremely ambitious and a creative powerhouse.”

She added: “A client experience department is at the heart of any business like MadeBrave, so a big focus for me in the coming months will be supporting my team with their client relationships, helping them to create boundary-pushing work, whilst driving tangible commercial value to our clients and their businesses.”

MadeBrave was founded in 2012 and has offices in Glasgow and London, with clients including VELUX, Diageo, First Bus and Pfizer.

MadeBrave MD, Paul Kirkley, said: “We are beyond thrilled to welcome Bec to the team. Bec’s appointment is an important milestone for MadeBrave as we continue to grow and create impactful work for our clients – not just in the UK, but around the world.

“Bec will play a pivotal role in creating the conditions in which creativity and business goals can thrive together and for the benefit of all – her team, the agency and most importantly, our clients.”

Just last month the agency announced a banner year thanks to a 39% year-on-year increase in revenues (growing from £4.6miliion to £6.4million), more than half of which came from EMEA.
