Former Global regional MD joins One Day leadership team

Former Global regional managing director for Scotland and the North, Keith Lammie, is joining One Day Agency founder and CEO Ricardo Seixas and One Day’s Poland and Eastern Europe chief Anita Puchalska as the third member of a new look leadership team for the agency.

One Day has already been through some strategic changes in 2024, as it approaches its fifth birthday, including its new focus on foreign markets and major investment by one of Manchester’s longest-standing and most established companies, Behrens Group, ending its startup days.

With the new focus, the agency is reporting that it has remained on its growth trajectory, and already achieved its goals with international billings accounting for over 45% of its total revenue and acquiring a high-profile sports racing brand to be announced soon.

The agency has already initiated its plans for 2025, which will involve expansion into two new markets in early January.

Seixas said: “Nothing excites me more than the plurality of the world. When I founded One Day that plurality was unavoidably set to its vision and the company goal was always to develop agile clusters across the world rather than growing vertically in one market. Agility is not a benefit or USP, it is a requirement to be able to deliver great marketing in today’s fast-changing digital world and the only way to achieve it is to keep horizontal structures.

“Keith brings a decades-long wealth of expertise that we are thrilled about and will lead our UK market plans, whilst the rest of the leadership team focuses on bringing these clusters online.”
