Alison Lacy has been recruited as the new Chief Operating Officer at Radical Forge.
Lacy joins from Avalanche Studios Group in Liverpool, where for the last 4 years she’s been Location Manager. Prior to that she spent 6 years at Bentley Motors, most recently as its Director Brand Lifestyle.
She’s also worked at Sony’s Evolution Studios as a Senior Producer, and co-chairs the skills organisation GameChangers and is a board member of the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority’s Digital & Creative Cluster Board.
“I’m so excited to be joining Radical Forge. Their attitude and approach, combined with a genuinely ‘people first’ philosophy is totally refreshing, and I’m looking forward to making a big different there,” she stated.
Her arrival comes just a few days after the Middlesbrough company announced a £2.6m NPIF investment and ahead of the launch of its physics-based farming game, Southfield.
“We are so blessed to have Alison join us at Radical Forge. As soon as I met her a couple of years ago, I was hit by how differently she thought and how impactful she could be in the right studio. And the fact she chose Radical Forge, that’s amazing, and I could not be happier,” added CEO Bruce Slater.
