JD Sports Fashion has appointed Ian Dyson as a new Non-Executive Director.
Dyson is currently Chair of the Board of Currys and was previously Chairman at ASOS plc and Senior Independent Director at Flutter Entertainment (the owner of Sky Bet, FanDuel and Paddy Power).

Dyson, who’s also held senior roles at Marks & Spencer, Punch Taverns and Rank Group will join the Bury firm’s Audit and Risk Committee and its Remuneration Committee.
