Marketing automation firm, Force24, has announced the appointment of new marketing and sales directors.

Nick Ashmore joins the Leeds agency from Monitise, where he was vice president of marketing, responsible for lead generation and brand strategy for the group.

As marketing director at Force24, he will be looking to grow awareness of the company and its technology.

Also joining the firm is Oliver March, who’s been named sales director. Prior to the move, he was at Oracle, looking after enterprise sales of marketing automation solutions Eloqua and Responsys, as well as Bluekai and Maxymiser.

“Now is the time to talk to more CMOs, marketing directors and CRM heads, to quash the pain points they’re experiencing. Nick and Oliver are well-placed to help us do just that,” explained managing director Adam Oldfield.

Last year, the agency unveiled a rebrand ahead of “ambitious growth plans.” Natalie Eagling, the marketing manager, who led the rebrand is now at Agora Integrated Marketing.
