Coronation Street has released first-look images of the brand new Sainsbury’s and Argos store facade on Victoria Street.
Announced earlier this year as a new product placement partnership as part of Argos renewing its headline sponsorship of Coronation Street, the store has been kept under wraps on-screen behind hoardings since July. Following its ‘opening’ it will become operational on-screen and for viewers to see from tonight (Monday, September 23).
Sainsbury’s bags for life and products will be woven into the day-to-day lives of the on-screen families and residents of Weatherfield.
