Launched in 2023, the Creative Awards has the backing of industry experts and celebrates all the talented creatives, teams and companies across the creative sector in the North of England and Scotland.
Are you a trailblazing agency, brand, studio or production company based in the North? Perhaps you have an ad campaign, rebrand, partnership, animation work, design or programme that’s worthy of attention? If so, there’s plenty of categories to enter this year to reward your successes.
Entering the Creative Awards means your work will not only be placed in front of our independent panel of industry-leading judges, but it can also lead to new clients or exciting collaborations. Don’t just take our word for it, check out what our previous winners had to say here.
How do you get started on your entry?
Firstly, pick the categories you want to enter here. Then to submit your entry follow these very simple steps:
- It’s quick and easy to get started by registering on our dedicated portal here.
- Make sure you have details of your project. We accept submissions for work completed between April 2023 – April 2024.
- To make sure your work stands out to our judging panel, upload up to seven supporting documents or files to showcase why you should be a winner. With leaders from the likes of ITV on the panel, take a look at what our judges had to say here to help you craft a winning entry.
- Make sure you submit your entry before the final deadline on 19 April.

Key tips
Campaign Categories:
Judges will score each entry on a scale of 1 – 10 based on the following criteria:
- How creative the concept/idea is
- The consistency of your visual/ tone of voice/design craft
- Effectiveness (measurable impact and results)
- The quality of your execution in relation to the brief/objectives
- The overall WOW factor or how memorable your work is
Company Categories:
Judges will score each entry on a scale of 1 – 10 based on the following criteria:
- Evidence of growth or potential for growth
- Your company culture
- Approach to creativity
- The calibre of your work
- The overall WOW factor or how memorable your entry is
Our free-to-enter categories for 2024 includes Creative Rising Star, Creative Trailblazer Award, Creative for Good.
Once you’ve submitted your entries before the final deadline on 19 April, our independent judging panel will come together to finalise the shortlist, which will be revealed on 4 April. Find out more about our judges here.
In what’s set to become a staple of the industry calendar, the winners will be revealed at a glitzy event on 27 June during Prolific North’s Northern Marketing Festival in Manchester.
