Fat Media is working with Jessops to create an online booking engine for its photography courses.

The Lancaster agency will be integrating the new offering into Jessops’ current website.

“Jessops are one of the most interesting and exciting clients I’ve worked with, even our kick off meeting started with getting up close and personal with wild cats, at the Cat Survival Trust,” said Fat Media account manager, Zara Longhorn.

Jessops Academy offers courses, experience days and events across motorsport, wildlife and landscape.

“Jessops Academy has had huge growth in recent years going from a UK to an international presence,” continued Longhorn.

“We will be looking at supporting their growth and improving the customer journey for website users while integrating systems within the website, including purchasing, marketing software and booking management.”

James Andrews, academy development manager at Jessops added:

“Fat Media have presented an exciting opportunity to provide our customers with a great booking journey that integrates nicely into the rest of the Jessops site whilst remaining visually exciting – a really important factor when you are dealing with photographers!

“We are hoping to see a much more user friendly journey for our customers – no matter which channel they purchase from – throughout their Academy journey and are confident we will see an uplift in sales as a result of a clearer, easier to navigate setup for our customers.”
