Everton has confirmed to Prolific North this morning that it has appointed a new head of marketing.
Tom Rowell joins from Hull City, where he was marketing, communications and ticketing manager.
Reporting to marketing and communications director, Richard Kenyon, he will be responsible for CRM, design, branding and marketing campaigns across the club and its community team.
Rowell has worked within the marketing teams of a number of football clubs across the North and Midlands, including Leicester City and Doncaster Rovers.
He spent 2 years as head of brand and marketing at Birmingham City and was also marketing manager for Wolves.
One of his first jobs at Everton will be working on the club’s membership scheme.
