Entries are now open for a brand new Prolific North initiative – the Prolific North Tech Awards.
The Prolific North Tech Awards will celebrate and reward the very best tech companies, applications, deals, advisors and entrepreneurs from across the North.
The event is expected to attract a substantial number of entries and around 300 guests, including many of the North’s leading digital and technology professionals.

There are 28 categories open to entry – you can see them here. The deadline for entries is Friday 8 March.
The judging session will take place on Wednesday 3 April with the shortlist being announced on Friday 5 April.
The inaugural Prolific North Tech Awards will be presented at a gala dinner and awards ceremony at The Midland Hotel in Manchester on Wednesday 8 May 2019 as part of Tech Show North.
The awards begin with a complimentary drinks reception, followed by a three-course dinner with half a bottle of wine per person, awards presentation and entertainment.
Each entry will be charged an administration fee of £120 + VAT per entry which must be paid when submitting your entry or entries.
Entries submitted after the first closing date of 8 March 2019 will be charged a late submission fee. The cost per entry after 8 March and up until 15 March 2019 will be £150 + VAT.
Some of the awards categories already have sponsors. Knight Corporate Finance are sponsoring the Tech Company of the Year – Medium award and Brabners are sponsoring the Best Application of Tech – Health award.
