Engage gamifies Frubes for Yoplait

Digital agency, Engage, has created a summer campaign for Yoplait brand Frubes.

The Leeds agency won the seasonal project to promote the lunchbox snack, using gamification, brand activation, social media and content creation.

Freeze ‘Em features Frube characters and gets players to work their way through multiple levels of a retro whack-a-mole style game.

It was developed by the agency’s performance marketing team based on a brief focused on brand awareness, engagement and first party data capture. It’s supported by social media across TikTok and Meta platforms.


“Gamification is an extremely robust strategy, however, pairing this with the entire marketing mix and working collaboratively across multiple agencies has been a huge addition to this brief,” said Tom Schofield, Director at Engage.
