Mike Ashley’s Frasers Group has acquired another Manchester ecommerce operation, with I Saw It First.
The move comes just weeks after it bought Missguided for £20m..
It released a statement to the Stock Exchange this morning:
“Frasers looks forward to integrating I Saw It First, which today has over 5 million consumers, having rapidly grown its digital presence since its launch in 2017.
“I Saw It First will benefit from the strength and scale of Frasers Group’s platform and from the integration with Frasers’ recently acquired business, Missguided.”
I Saw It First was founded by Jalal Kamani, who helped his brother to create the fast-fashion empire, Boohoo.
Boohoo was one of the other reported bidders for Missguided earlier this summer.
