Branding, placemaking and digital marketing agency DS Emotion has secured a trio of new property clients.
The agency, which has offices in Manchester, Leeds and London, will activate, position and market:
- 55 Princess Street by Aberdeen Asset Management: the Manchester city centre building is being refurbished and rebranded.
- Exchange Quay at Salford Quays. A workplace made up of seven buildings with 435,000 sq. ft of Grade A office accommodation.
- Smithfield scheme in Stoke-on-Trent for Genr8 Developments. The next phase of development is to span 277 new apartments and a 140-bedroom Hilton Garden Inn Hotel.
“We are thrilled to be working on three such major projects in the North West. Spanning commercial, residential and hotel projects, we continue in our dynamic and brave approach,” the agency said.
Meanwhile, Elle Duke has joined the Manchester studio as Account Executive after a year working in events in Australia. She will be working across a variety of clients including Metquarter, Forshaw and Hilton.
