Stickyeyes creates Transfer Hound to sniff out transfer gossip

Stickyeyes has created a football transfer tool for Gambling.com to make the most of the 1.2m transfer-related searches this summer.

The Transfer Hound collates news from Twitter to give people immediate access to the latest news and gossip. Each element can be filtered by club, home country and different leagues.

The week’s most talked-about players and key transfer facts and completions are also featured.

“Online gambling is an immensely competitive and crowded market but we have a 20-year pedigree in providing our clients with campaigns that help them stand out, drive awareness, and most importantly create brand revenue,” explained William Conboy, head of paid marketing communications at Stickyeyes.

“With the Transfer Hound, our team has created a tool that capitalises on an immensely popular search term and, as it constantly updates with new comments and stories, will act as a great resource, not just this summer but also when it comes to next season’s transfer window”.

“Having worked with Stickyeyes on a number of projects over the years we’re always impressed by their design and development expertise as well as their creativity in cutting through the noise in such a busy market,” added Kevin McCrystle, chief operating officer at Gambling.com.

“The Transfer Hound is just one of a series of live projects we have in-market including the Passionometer, an interactive tool that compares how much fans around the globe would have given up to see their team succeed in Russia. We look forward to seeing what our teams devise next.”
