Online lingerie brand, Lounge Underwear has given Statement an extended digital brief.
The brand originally appointed the agency to boost conversation rates and sale across its sites. The company, which has offices in Leeds, Wakefield and Manchester will now also work to improve user experience and ensure the site is conversion-ready.
“Statement has already completed several projects for Lounge, which have been instrumental in our success; this combined with their experience of working with high growth online retailers made them the perfect partner for this project,” explained Melanie Paradise, co-founder of Lounge Underwear.
“Their knowledge of Shopify Plus, which offers the functionality that helps stores grow quickly, is exemplary and we know that their experience and expertise will help us to strengthen our brand and business.”
Lounge had sales of £2.7m after its first 2 years of trading and is projecting sales of up to £6m.
“Lounge Underwear is growing at an exponential rate. In under two years they have moved from a grass roots business, which started out with an investment of just £1,000, all the way up to the high-growth online retailer,” added Dan Conboy, managing director of Statement.
“By managing the conversion rate optimisation project, we will be able to understand specifically how Lounge customers use the site and how we are able to improve the user journey to boost conversion rates and sales.”
