ResearchBods has created an online insight community for the Yorkshire Building Society.
My Voice has been set up to enable members of the building society to talk about new products and services.
“The community very much supports our member engagement strategy. As a mutual we care about our customers and use the insights gained to act in their best interests,” explained Adam Lerner, senior research manager at Yorkshire Building Society,
While the community had been operational for more than 3 years, ResearchBods was brought in to completely overhaul the system.
Earlier this year, ResearchBods doubled its presence in Leeds, with a new office on Queen Street.
