Designer furniture brand Swoon has expanded its contract with digital performance agency IDHL after an overhaul of online services underpinned strong business growth.
The furniture brand first started working with IDHL in 2020, utilising the team’s web services expertise to accelerate growth through a connected customer-centric approach. This proposition was designed to address specific operational and technical challenges.
IDHL created significant business value in automating back-end processes for Swoon, giving the retailer a scalable view of their inventory while building a fast, future-facing website fit for the world of mobile commerce.
User experience and performance were further enhanced by implementing smart data flows with applications and technology, working across the customer journey to optimise and convert performance at speed.
Following on from this success, Swoon has now expanded its contract with IDHL to encompass paid media (PPC and Paid Social), technical SEO and digital PR as well as web services.
