Strategic communications group Definition – with offices in Leeds and London – has moved for London agencies TopLine Communications and TopLine Film, its third acquisition in seven months.
TopLine Communications is a leading B2B growth agency focusing on digital PR and SEO, and works with clients including ABB, Access Self Storage, Bullhorn and Xero. It includes TopLine Film, an award-winning video production specialist with a global reach.
With this move Definition adds SEO, inbound marketing, video and animation content production services to its offering, and grows its annual turnover to £5 million.
Heather Baker, Founder and CEO of TopLine Communications joins the Definition Group board as Group Marketing Director. TopLine Communications joins Definition under the leadership of Louise Vaughan, whiile Jamie Field continues as MD of TopLine Film.
In the past seven months, Definition has also acquired London creative branding agency Redhouse and Leeds’ Words & Pictures (W&P), an internal communications and employee experience agency.
