Dead Pixel and SUDU team up for Wolves 2024/25 kit launch

Dead Pixel and SUDU have formed a Northern alliance to launch the 2024/25 Premier League kit for Wolverhampton Wanderers.

SUDU, which is part of Levy Merchandising, recently went to market with its cutting-edge and high performance sportswear. In quick succession, the Manchester brand announced its ‘revolutionary partnership’ with Wolverhampton Wanderers FC.

The partnership sees SUDU replace fellow Manchester brand Castore as the club’s kit sponsor, and design all of the strips for the upcoming Premier League season.

Dead Pixel was brought in as the creative production agency in charge of delivering the visuals surrounding the announcement, and first look at both the home and away strips.

Tom Hart, head of brand at SUDU said: “This launch was a big deal for us. Not only are we launching the brand to consumers, but it’s our first shot at showcasing the amazing work that our design team have done for this kit.”

He continued: “We knew that there would be millions of eyeballs on this content with the impressive fanbase that Wolves have around the world. So it was vital that we found a production partner that understood our game plan and Dead Pixel were brilliant from the off. They listened to what we wanted, built on it and executed everything better than we could have imagined.”

Kieran Edwards, creative director at Dead Pixel added: “This was one of those projects where everything just worked perfectly. SUDU are one of the most collaborative and open brands that I’ve come across and it was such a joy to be able to support them with this
campaign.”

“No matter how creative we get, there’s a lot of logistical elements that dictate what you can and can’t do when shooting with over 20+ professional athletes. But both the brand and the club were exceptional in facilitating our requests and trusting our vision. I really think that
shows in both edits of the home and away kits and it’s a project that we’re all really proud of”.
