PR agency de Winter has hired Nikki Girvan to lead its new Liverpool office.
Former journalist Girvan joins from Ph.Creative and will also drive the expansion of specialist sister brand, The Retail Room.

She worked for Mercury Press Agency and IPC Magazines before moving into PR with Lewis, Brazen, Tangerine and latterly Ph.Creative, and has worked with brands including AGA Cookshop, Wilko, the Atkins Diet and Stagecoach Manchester.
She said: “Joining de Winter, as it celebrates 25 years in the industry, is an incredible opportunity for me personally. The team is an energetic and experienced one and I’m looking forward to working together to grow the group’s client base both in Liverpool and across the country.”
