Marketing agency, Vega, has made two senior appointments to its iGaming team.
Tom Burley, a former Senior Digital PR Manager at dentsu has joined as its Head of iGaming PR, while Steve Smith becomes Director of its Gibraltar operations, moving from Dazn Bet, where he was Head of UK.
Manchester-based Vega set up its Gibraltar operation in May to work with its iGaming and finance clients and Smith will oversee a newly expanded office space in The World Trade Center.

This opportunity allows me to use my client-side iGaming experience to innovate at an accelerated pace whilst working with some of the brightest marketing minds within the industry,” said Smith, who before joining Dazn spent 9 years at BetVictor.
“Together we will drive Vega Gibraltar forward and help our ever-expanding client base navigate the increasingly complex challenges to unlock true business growth.”
Burley added:

Vega is based in the Northern Quarter, officially launching in 2023. It set up its Gibraltar operation in May, led by Carl Hallam, co-founder of Vega Gibraltar:
