Marks & Spencers says that it’s pausing orders from its websites and apps in response to a “cyber incident.”
“As part of our proactive management of a cyber incident, we have made the decision to pause taking orders via our M&S.com websites and apps,” the retailer said in a statement.
“Our product range remains available to browse online. We are truly sorry for this inconvenience.”
Earlier this week it stopped processing contactless payments and paused the Click & Collect orders in store.
It had also made the “proactive decision” to move some of its processes offline “to protect our colleagues, partners, suppliers and our business.”
