Katie McLean has joined Crown Paints as its marketing director for the UK & Ireland.
Crown Paints, which dates back to 1777, has its head offices in Darwen in Lancashire and operates a factory in Hull.
McLean was previously a brand and marketing consultant at Babushka and has also worked for Cloud Technology Solutions, CloudM and L’Oreal.
She’s also been head of marketing at Bolton online retailer AO.
In its most recent published results, sales at Crown Paints in 2018 were up by almost £10m to £173.4m in 2018, with profits before tax up to £11.4m.
