Digital marketing agency, Creode, has acquired Blue Digital, also based in Leeds.
Neither party is disclosing the terms of the deal, but they said that they were “confident” that it would bring “significant benefits” to both companies.
“Joining forces with Creode will allow us to better serve our clients and take our digital marketing efforts to the next level in terms of the wider range of expertise we can offer,” said Blue Digital Commercial Director, Mark Ambler.
Guy Weston, the CEO of Creode explained that it was a strategic move, due to Blue Digital’s specialism in website design and development, SEO and Paid Search management:
“Their expertise in specific areas of digital marketing will be a valuable asset and will help us implement our continuous improvement approach to the greater benefit of our clients,” he stated.
The deal completed this week.
