Creative production house Zút doubles turnover

Liverpool creative production agency Zút has seen a surge in account wins add over £1million to its turnover in the last financial year, almost doubling from £1.9m to £3.1 million.

During the year, Zút made a record number of TV commercials, including a set of ads featuring legendary US boxing announcer Michael Buffer. The surge follows five years of steady growth and expansion.

Zút’s 2022 highlights


With ambitious plans to continue its rapid growth, the company has increased its headcount to 30 and aims to double this in the next two years. Plans are also underway to move into a new state of art 9,000 sq.ft. office space in early 2023.

Initially established in 2008, the business came under the control of its current owners, MD Mark Hancock and creative director Matthew Thompson, in 2020. It has gone from strength to strength since, expanding on its core creative production services to become a fully integrated agency.

Our growth strategy focusses on supporting and developing our in-house team and expertise. A lot of careful thought and planning is going into making our new space industry-leading.
