BJL has been brought in to help strengthen The Co-operative Bank’s CRM communications strategy.
It said that it would be creating “compelling, relevant and timely” customer communications to address the challenges faced by financial institutions.
“BJL’s areas of expertise complement those of our team here and I’m delighted to have them on board to help deliver against our 2018 business objectives and beyond,” said Alastair Pegg, marketing director at The Co-operative Bank.
BJL added that it would be drawing on its experience in the financial sector, with clients including Asda and Swinton Insurance.
