Cheshire agency Clear Marketing has won a “substantial” brief from the CALA Group.

The agency, which has already worked with the premium housebuilder for 13 years, secured the brief after a five-way pitch in what was CALA Group’s first formal review in 13 years.

Clear, which has offices in Wilmslow and Glasgow, will continue to service over 70 CALA developments in eight regions, in addition to central Group requirements.

The five-year agreement will also see Clear introduce a series of new operational processes and efficiencies to support the company in reducing its carbon footprint.

Allan Walker, Director of Group Marketing at the CALA Group, said: “Clear has been a long standing and trusted partner of CALA for many years and the agency’s pitch demonstrated that to the panel, re-securing its place as one of our leading marketing partners.

“Clear understands our business, our teams and the nature of the challenges thrown up in residential development and house building and plays a vital role in helping us to deliver.”

The account will be managed by Gemma Stirling (pictured), MD of Clear’s Wilmslow office, and Matthew Mitchell in Glasgow.

Founded in 2000, Clear Marketing also works with the likes of Hoover, Thomas Cook, Brother UK and Pets at Home.
