Following a multi-agency selection process, Leeds digital agency twentysix has been appointed by professional body the CIPD to deliver web transformation and digital enablement.

The association for HR and people development has picked twentysix to deliver its new digital presence, selecting the agency for its discovery and UX capabilities.

The discovery phase begins in February and is set to run for 12 weeks, followed by the full website delivery this year.

David Cox, Director of Digital & Technology at the CIPD, said: “Our partnership with twentysix is an exciting opportunity to redefine our digital experience and deliver a website which truly meets the needs of our customers today and in the future.”

Jenny Gowans, Director of Research, Policy and Content, added: “Creating a new digital presence is absolutely critical for us to be able to better serve our existing users and reach new customers. The experience, expertise and enthusiasm demonstrated by the team at twentysix made them the perfect partners to turn our vision into reality.”

Richard Jones, Chief Strategy Officer at twentysix, also said: “Our central ethos is to ‘create better’ which aligns closely with CIPD’s purpose to champion better work and working lives. Our previous collaboration with complex membership organisations such as the Health and Care Professions Council and the Food and Drink Federation puts us in a strong position to drive growth for the CIPD.”
