Chorley’s Redmoor Health has hit a record turnover of £3 million after a major expansion, and set its sights on £5 million by 2024, as it launches its second new division of the year.

The healthtech, which provides digital healthcare services, GP video consultations, and more, nearly doubled its turnover for the 12 months ending in March 2022, having reported a £1.7 million turnover in the previous year.

Redmoor also reported profits of £1 million, which have mainly been reinvested into the launch of its two new divisions – Redmoor Creative, launched in January, and Redmoor Skills Academy – which follow a major restructure and expansion.

By 2024, the tech firm says it is on track to achieve turnover of £5 million and grow to a headcount of 35. In the past 12 months it has added 13 employees to its roster, taking it to 23 staff.

Newly formed Redmoor Creative, which offers marketing and PR support, is working with hundreds of UK surgeries and has appointed Paul Galley as Agency Director.

Marc Schmid, who founded Redmoor Health in 2017, said: “It’s been a phenomenal 12 months and with the two new divisions we’re well placed for the next stage of our growth journey.

“Redmoor Health continues to provide on-the-ground support for health teams to use technology but also to work in partnership with NHS organisations to provide new and innovative ways to deliver healthcare.

“We celebrate our fifth birthday in 2022 and it seemed like the right time to bring in two new divisions in the business to reflect the fact we’ve expanded our service offer.”
