CBBC has ordered a second series of Dennis & Gnasher: Unleashed! from Beano Studios.
The 52-episode order follows the successful launch of the International Emmy nominated kid’s CGI show, which was the highest rated animated show on CBBC at launch for 6-12-year-olds and a top 10 show for kids across all channels in 2017.
Each 11-minute episode stars Beano’s irrepressible hero Dennis (voiced by Freddie Fox), best friend Gnasher and his fearless mates Rubi, JJ, Pieface and his pet potato Paul.
Following its successful UK debut, the show has since been sold to 24 countries and airs on free-to-air public service broadcasters such as Super RTL in Germany, Rai in Italy and France Télévision.
