North Tyneside agency, Cargo Creative, has boosted its headcount by 30% after achieving a record revenues.
The company’s turnover hit £950k this financial year and it now has plans to increase this to £1.2m over the next 12 months.
In addition to the 7 new hires, it’s also promoted 6 staff to Director or management roles.
“Over the last year we have enjoyed exciting growth, winning 20 new clients with whom we can make a real difference, and expanding our team considerably,” said Owner, Paul Hart.
“Our new clients include national brands such as Vita Health, regional big-hitter Invest Newcastle, plus international payment providers, TransactPay, to name a few.”
The promotions have been for Carl Rutherford and Adam Gowland who both become directors. Kasey Harms becomes Head of Design Services, Rich Walker Lead Developer, Justina Burkauskiene has been promoted to Head of Search and Ryan Errington to Lead Designer.
The new hires include Ryan Errington, Lilly Eudell, Emma Glen, Jari Dorian, Eve Kidd, Dan Dobson and Jodie Riddex. Dorian’s arrival means that it will be able to include motion graphics into its package.
“Introducing motion graphics to our creative team means we can offer an end-to-end service from a brand and creative perspective. Throughout the year, we’ve worked closely with our clients to integrate their marketing strategies across channels, shifting from a solely design and digital delivery model to a fresh approach as brand strategy specialists,” continued Hart.
“We are now in a great position to grow even further.”
