Great Influence, the personal branding agency which works with successful leaders including the founders of PrettyLittleThing and MyProtein, has made its first promotion.
Claudia Cardinali, who joined the agency as Personal Brand Manager in September 2020, has been made Head of Client Operations, responsible for the strengthening of Great Influence’s client offering.
She will oversee all the department’s operations along with team development.
Manchester-based Great Influence was founded in 2018 by personal branding specialist Ash Jones and has worked on the personal brands of Carrie Rose, Founder of Rise at Seven; Umar Kamani of PrettyLittleThing; broadcaster and Relentless Group founder Gary Neville; and departing Social Chain MD Katy Leeson.
Commenting on her appointment, Claudia Cardinali said: “I always knew I wanted to do something great, I just didn’t know it would be quite literal. It’s an incredibly exciting time for Great Influence as we go from strength to strength”.
Ash Jones, Founder, added: “When Claudia joined in 2020, our business immediately saw a [tenfold] improvement on client results. We’ve added an incredible team player who over the last 18 months has worked across every client in the business and has formed an unrivalled knowledge of Great Influence and its operations.
“I can’t think of a better person to lead this role and help us as we continue to grow across the next year.”
