The Saltaire-based company behind the MyPathway healthcare platform, has been acquired by Canadian software specialist, Vital Hub Corporation.
The deal, for an undisclosed sum, has been made through VitalHub subsidiary, Intouch with Health.

“Integrating with VitalHub’s existing digital-health product suite strengthens our own portfolio and provides the opportunity to further improve patient pathways and elevate the patient experience.”
The VitalHub UK group of health-tech companies includes Intouch with Health, Transforming Systems, Synopsis, Beautiful Information, MCAP, Alamac, Jayex Acute, S12 Solutions and Hicom.
Founded in 2015, ADI Health’s flagship MyPathway product connects patients to care services in areas including muscular-skeletal, chronic pain, motor neurone disease and eating disorders.
Over the last 3 years, it has raised more than £2m of funding and investment.
